Brandlynk Digital Solutions provides web design, web development, SEO, app development, software integrations, support, and digital products including ERP, CRM, LMS, school management, POS, and booking systems.

Project outcomes depend on timely feedback, content, approvals, access credentials, and third-party provider readiness from the client side.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, bespoke service projects require a deposit before work begins and the remaining balance before final handover, launch, or production access.

Product subscriptions are billed in advance. Late payments may pause support, hosting, product access, or new work until the account is brought up to date.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, lawful content, brand assets, access credentials, business rules, payment provider details, and approvals needed to complete the work.

Clients must not use Brandlynk services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful activity.

After full payment, clients own the final bespoke deliverables created specifically for them, excluding third-party libraries, licensed assets, reusable Brandlynk tools, pre-existing code, frameworks, and proprietary product platforms.

Brandlynk-owned software products are licensed to active customers on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

We aim to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable work, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, traffic, or operational outcomes unless those are expressly stated in a signed agreement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Brandlynk liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service, product, or subscription period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion, it may be handled through the appropriate courts or dispute resolution processes in Nairobi, Kenya.
